Hasanov Baxtiyor Vaxapovich was born on July 28, 1961 in Kibray district of Tashkent region. He is a Doctor of Historical Sciences (2000), Professor and a member of the Central Council of the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy Tiklanish”.
He has a higher education. He was awarded with a commemorative medals "20 years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "25 years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in 2011 and 2016.
