Bahrom Shaymamatovich Irzaev was born on May 13, 1977, in the Nurata district of the Samarkand region, Uzbekistan. He is of Uzbek nationality and holds a higher education degree. In 1999, he graduated from Samarkand State University with a specialization in History. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in History in 2018 and was awarded the Order of Friendship in 2023.
